Quick Mini ITX question

Will there be enough space for the cooler and stuff with an ATX PSU and a 3.5" HDD? And will that cooler cool the CPU properly?

That fits already, but that CPU cooler is smaller than the stock Intel one.

It doesn't get as toasty as stock cooler
