Shadowplay problems

I am recording Battlefield 4 with shadowplay on two monitors, I use windowed border-less and for that reason, I have desktop recording enabled, and I do not want to record teamspeak, so I do not record any sound with my videos, sometimes shadowplay seems to record as .mp4, but most of the time it seems to record as DVR.mp4, any idea why?

There is no option for Shadowplay to what sound it can record.
