Nvidia Surround Problem?

Hey, so all three of my monitors are up and running, extende using windows, and when I go to setup surround on nvidia my side displays disconnect. They don't disconenct actually, they just stop displaying as they can still have things dropped and dragged from them but not seen etc. help please.
