Well, to explain, I'm a CSGO player, after about 1200 hours now I decided I must have a 144hz monitor, people told me to monitor my fps and make sure it stays well above 144, and which it did, it was steady around 220, on all maps. So I went for it, instead of a new CPU, now that I have it, I get like 120 fps, if not lower... I was playing at 1920 when I was getting 220 constant.
My specs now in CS and my pc are:
PC:
Motherboard: ASRock B75-Pro3M

CPU: Intel Core i3-2100 Dual-core Hypertheaded at 3.1 Ghz
Memory: 8gb Kingston 1333
Graphics card: MSI GTX 760
PSU: 600W Rocketfish, 80+ bronze (I believe, I know its certified though)

In CSGO:
Video settings: ALL VERY LOW OR LOW
Resolution: 1024x768 Black Bars

Now I don't really understand how with that res, and my specs, I can even achieve below 250 when on BF4 at high, on 1920x1080 I get like 140 fps or more... Anyone have ANY ideas? If so the help is appreciated, sorry if I'm in the wrong place, I would assume this is the right place though, correct me if I'm wrong, thanks all! (:
