If you want to make sure it's fully stable run it for 12 or even 24 hours, but Large FFT is better for testing Intel CPU's than Blend.

If you really want to test it with something else you can use LinX (Intel Burntest)

I would personally use AIDA64 for a few hours to make sure that it is stable. I would say about 6 hours

I suggest also running furmark or some other GPU stress test during your CPU stress test to simulate the use of your graphics card and how it will be dumping heat into your case.

Or download a test version of Aida64. It doesn't stress it as much as IBT but it should be ok.

I'm unsure if you can run furmark/heaven without problems when IBT is pulling all CPU resources.

Btw. nice temps. What are you using to cool?

Blend test tests everything, but it tests mostly the system bus.

Quick update:

I have ran some other benches, occt, prime95 large fft along with furmark, all for approximately 10-12 hours each and my Overclock is staying stable at 4.8 @1.44v with temps between 65-71 degrees. Very happy right now! Fans are running around 1200rpm and the only real noise is coming from the fans on the 660ti!

c'mon.. tell us how you managed to run 1.44v and kept the temps below 70.. Delidded? looks like an h100i in your avatar pic? I know it's not snowing over there.
