Is it Ok? Yes but it's not sometime thing I'd do. First off the 1600mhz ram will be down locked to 1333, if it's in the budget spend $50 on a 1x8 1600mhz ram stick and replace your current ram.

well, the seller said that its impossible .. lol idk why he said so, and he adviced me to buy 2GB 1333mhz ram instead of that 4gb 1600 to pair it with my current 4gb 1333mhz ram, and he said 6gb is fine and enough since u cant buy 2x 4gb 1600.. really idk if he is right or wrong..

There could be problems with running ram with different speeds. But usually they just work.
