GTA V Online Problem

So I try to get on GTA Online, after it says all the news it just closes. It doesn't even say not responding. It just makes 4 of the sounds Windows makes when you register an invalid key. Yes, I have restarted GTA, Windows, I have shut down Windows but nothing seems to work. Please help me with this problem. Thanks.

Well, does GTA V (Story Mode) work? and is this a steam copy? and what are your PC specs

Yes. No. i7 4710 Intel iGPU. I know it's embarrassing but it ran good back when I could play online.

delete scripthookV.  The official version doesn't allow Online play
