I recieved one today, installed it. My stock heatsink idles at about 35-41c, and loads at 80. My new H5 idles at 25-31, and plays WoW at the same. Im satisfied with this cooler (thanks to those that suggested it to me).

I would like to reccomend this to anyone looking for a 50$ air cooler, it is easy to install and performs quite well.

Cryorig is great, and it has a cooler in the mid end (H5), the low profile end (C1) and the high end, challenging Noctua with the R1 Ultimate and Universal

Plus, they look amazing.

There's also an h7.

I agree though. Cryorig has earned a new fan.

Have you done a prime95 test with it? I have the r1 ultimate and I'm far from impressed, idles are good (between 21-28), gaming wise I get mid 30s to high 40s and in prime95 I get in the 60s. That's bad to me, especially since it's apparently better than the noctua nh-d15.

Do you have a has well chip? If so, that's why. That's also why I won't do a p95 test, but I will do an aida64 test.

I have an i7 4790, my friend has an i5 4690k at 4.2ghz with a cooler master 212 Evo and my cooler beats his by 5-10 degrees max.

On aida64 I get around mid 40s to low 50s.

The Aida test is what you wanna go with for haswell, p95 overvolts the CPU.

What's your interest, iima?

Nice one mate appreciate it, I do admit cryorig must put a lot of time Into their designs because these coolers are amazing to look at.

Had an corsair h55 before and that thing was loud.

Started up Aida64, turns out my trial expired, started OCCT instead, ran the cpu stress test and got about 65ish across my four cores, with a max voltage of 1.31.
