Replacement fans

The case I have is the corsair carbide 200r Window side panel. The case comes with two 120 mm fans, one at the front and one at the rear. The case fans are of poor quality since they are obnoxiously loud so I am looking for a suitable replacement.

The case has space at the top for additional x2 120 or 140 mm fans however I may obtain an AIO cooler, probably the h100i to mount it at the top if I replace the Hyper 212 evo.
