Steam Support - They've Changed

Steam support's made me a Dissatisfied Customer

 

Well it's closing in on week 3 off my support case and i still have not got a single reply. This issue really limits my steam account because of something stupid i did in mid 2014

They have not replied and i think it is happening on purpose, Steam support has changed over the last few years, back in 2011, my cases got a response the same week and was solved within 7 business days

 

now i cant get a reply within a few weeks, this is just disappointing, Pickup your game Valve

Valves support system is the worst in the industry.  I've had better support from Origin lol I had an issue recently with them not accepting my credit card. I patiently waited 3 days,nothing. 4 days, nothing. 5 days without a response before I just bought it through greenmangaming. And 6 days later I receive a response telling me I may have to purchase the game in big picture mode. How does that even make sense. Anyway I still love Steam . You cant beat their sale's and overall platform.

Steam is slipping.  Their competition has not been sitting still, and Steam has become more and more cumbersome to run as of late.  At this point, even half assed live tech support is better than an email support ticket.
