metro last light

Go to solution Solved by Volbet,

Try and disable Advanced Physx in the game.

so for those who where following my asus problems,

got my 2nd 680 back today, tried testing it and all,
works like it should, my gpu's aren't fully loaded and all, but i simply can't figure out how to make metro last light run smoothly
i even put the settings lower then geforce experience recommends and i'm using nvidia 314.22.
my processor isn't fully loaded, all my games are on a ssd wich still has 223 gb free  spaces so it isn't nearly dangerously full.

(note if anybody says do a format to clean everything out, i'm gonna personly come to slap you :P i'm not formatting as long as everything else works perfectly)

I don't know how much I can help other then by saying try beta drivers if they are out, and it is Metro Last Light...

yeah i know, tried the latest version, had to downgrade because it was even worse... i knew metro was like crappy build, but still, it would be nice if i could make it run smoothly you know. Gonna try to play some other games to make sure it's just metro last light.

Try and disable Advanced Physx in the game.

that's an dirext 11 function if i'm not mistaking, that would mean , just like far cry 3 , direct x 11 at least with nvidia (still) has issues

I had some issues with Metro: Last Light a couple of days ago, and those were caused  by a problem with Physx

Try and go into the folder and delete PhysXCooking.dll, PhysXCore.dll, and PhysXLoader.dll. Those were the ones creating a problem for me, and deleting them allowed me to play with Physx again
