GoG.com Experience + Witcher 3 redeemable code issues

I was just curious what people's impressions at this point have been of GoG.com and Galaxy. I've had a awful experience thus far. There customer support is garbage. It would take 3+ days to get a response from them which may be because they are new but it hasn't been great from that standpoint for me.

With Witcher 3 I've been hearing rumblings that people have been having issues redeeming there Witcher 3 Nvidia codes. I went through the process and created a GoG.com account only to end with the code provided by me by Nvidia being already redeemed. I was informed on multiple occasions from Newegg.com and from GoG that the codes will be reset once from GoG saying Nvidia would reset them and another by Newegg.com saying that GoG would rest them. I even went to Nvidia even to who knew they had customer support via chat have never done that before.

So I'm just curious has anyone been successful with GoG? And how has peoples experience been thus far. My Arkham Knight game was automatically added to my steam account GoG just has failed thus far in my opinion. Okay I'll stop ranting :P

GOG is amazing for me, I bought the rayman series, Trine 2, Prince of Persia series, The witcher series except the 3, and some other games.

It's simply a great experience.

Never had a problem with them myself, although the Nividia codes are a known problem. Likely a batch of them got stripped off through the grey market I'd imagine.

I haven't had any dealings with them prior to redeeming my Wither III key, but that went flawlessly, so no complaints here. :)

Super sketch! Although to be fair. With Newegg they provided me the code via email it was a very different experience prior to the past. It did this log into steam or gog thing for Arkham Knight it had me log into my steam account and it was done. It was in my library, with GOG.com it wasn't that simple.

I have another code perhaps I'll try that a little nervous to but I'll give it a go.

I think that the Nvidia thing is probably unrelated to GOG. I expect that the codes shipped, physically after all, wer compromised at some point during the chain.

hmm, well it is interesting because the coupon I have as a spare requires you scratch the code off. Idk I'll give it a try tonight a bit tired of this debacle. I have been trying to get my game redeemed for 2 weeks.

Well, they aren't that new to this. But Witcher 3 is first really major game that will be seemingly GOG only (drm free). I've noticed delay on support too. Though my issue is minor (change in username). But I like their policy and Galaxy truly seems valid competitor for Steam. UI is much nicer.

GOG has had other issues with Witcher codes. Like some store (greenmangaming?) selling codes with ridiculous sale pricing. And CD Projekt Red claimed that they didn't supply codes for that.
