What is the best gpu for folding under 200? R9 280, 750 ti, gtx 660, 960, gtx 770? Also i5 4460 good enough?

Every little helps but I wouldn't bother folding on the CPU. Out of those GPU's I'd imagine the R8 280 and the GTX 770 would perform the best since they are the most powerful cards though the GTX 960 has an updated GPU so I have no idea.

Look into the GTX 970 because they seem to be producing a lot of PPD.
