This is a budget Pc build that i plan on building but later on replace that Gtx 770 and go for a Gtx 980 but other than that is this a pretty decent build that would let me play at 60 fps on ultra settings? what do you guys think about this build?

No i don't have a 770 i plan on just using it on this build and just upgrade later on in the future

As stated numerous numerous times, for only gaming you don't need an i7.  Get the i5 4690k and save some money.

The reason why i want a i7 its cause it will benefit me more when i multi task and i see it as a better buy for just $95 more

lets get a few things straight

1. dont buy a 770 now, its performance does not justify the price of the card, especially when there are newer options/options that will get your more for your money

2. YOU DONT NEED AN i7! IT IS NOT WORTH THE EXTRA $100 IF YOURE JUST GAMING, YOU WILL NOT NOTICE PERFORMANCE INCREASES WHEN MULTITASKING.

or would this build be better?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PVHtdC

only reason why i would prefer the first one is cause the motherboard supports intel and well thats the way to go.

that motherboard supports AM3+, no Intel chip will work with it.

So, why don't you get an i5 put the extra money towards a 970, then in the future get a second 970?  Two 970s are much stronger than a single 980.  You won't see $95 in extra performance in multi-tasking, unless you are video rendering/photoshopping etc.

I will be multitasking i plan on render videos and edit them and stuff like that and i heard a i7 is best. & yes i understand but i plan on getting 2 980sli in the future for better performance

I do got a 270x just here so i can use that instead as well and save some money. but im just saying if thats a great build or i can do better?

bam, CPU just as good. The faster ram will benefit from multi tasking. Got a WAY BETTER GPU. You can change the case to whatever you want and if you wanna spend the extra $70 for water cooling go ahead.

Okay just switch out the 770 for a 980 would that just make the build way better and overall a great price?

On mine? A 980 and if you NEED an i7-4790k which if you aren't rendering 1440p/4k videos ect.. The i5 will do. If you want a 980, performance go for this ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487079&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= ) will cost around $1,200 but if you want 980 SLI this ( in my option ) is the best 980 for the buck :)

EDIT, $1,200 if you take out the 970 and add the 980.
