My lappy is not running consistently at 60 FPS with my HD 8670M DGPU but my friend with a GT 710M runs it smoothly , any suggestions why ?

Do you both have the same CPU's? They make a big difference in laptops! And also it maybe be better optimized for the GREEN team!
