you could cut out the HDD bay and put in a 80MMx120mm rad with noctua fans to pull air through.

I was thinking about doing that and getting rid of the top panel. I'm very good with a dremel and metal working (I'm a mill wright)

then why not just add mounting holes to the top of the case and mount a 120mm to the top

I would fit another 120mm in the front for intake and a side/bottom 120mm mount for intake and get another 120 on the top and the rear for exhaust and you could mount your radiator there to get positive air pressure.

EDIT: Not sure if this is the answer that you are looking for...

you could also build yourself an attic for your case if you want to go heavy on the modding. cut out a spot for a 360 rad in the top of your case. either mount it completely exposed, which actually I like the look of, or build an enclosure for it. you'd probably get the best performance from this since you wont have to worry about room, so get the biggest baddest rad you can with good puller fans and enjoy the industrial aesthetic you've created or cover it up for a more commercial look.

I might just do this, I'll post back in a couple of days with designs of everything.
