Halp with BIOS modding?

Okay so I think my cards power limit is hardware locked to 110% but I want to double confirm it so could someone help me with changing the power limit in maxwell BIOS tweaker to 120%?

 

I already know how to flash the BIOS so dw it's just the numbers I need

From what I can understand, here's what I THINK you're supposed to do. 

Since you're trying to get it up to 120%, you would need to adjust the Total Card TDP maximum to 174000mW (pretty sure you're supposed to leave the minimum and the default at stock), the PCI-E Power 1 / 2 to what your stock limit is + 15000mW

Plz don't kill me if I'm wrong
