x99 Build Need Help

Go to solution Solved by NumLock21,

I see a build, IMO don't seem it's worth $4,000 dollars.

I am planning on buying a $4000 ish rig and I could use some help on my components since its the first build I am going to make. I plan on using the computer for recording 2-3 hour videos in 1440p and using some after effects. I will also be retexturing and using programs such as bulldozer and oxygen 2 to make 3d models. I am very aware that I could be spending less but Im very skeptical on looks so I want to have a neat looking pc however I cant manage to lower the price without replacing some peripherals which I want to keep as well as risking performance. Im no pro when it comes to computers but ive done some research here and there. I was also debating instead of a titan x waiting for the 980ti and getting two of those as well, I would honestly prefer to have one gpu which is why I chose the titan mainly but yeah if you guys could help me out i would really appreciate it.
