Need an animation for Folding

At my school we are having a free presentation and Im doing Protein Folding. I have a two minute script and I can either shoot a video with me talking or use anything else. Our school has an overflow of computers and Im hoping this will make them re-purpose a couple hundred computers for F@H. This probably will not be acknowledged by the school administrators unless its a next level of good. So I was wondering if anyone could make a 1-2 animation about folding. If you want to help I will PM you and we can work together with the script. Thanks in advance :D
