Win 8.1 + wireless gamepad

Greetings!

I'm looking forward to buy a gamepad, because i will destroy my keyboard if i will attempt once again to play the freaking platformers :D

What i am looking for is:
be wireless

possibility to be connected via chord to charge up

if possible - dualshock format, however, not a must

As far as i red around the web, i didn't quite get, if Xbox One Controller or Dualshcok 4 can be connected wirelessly (via Bluetooth preferably, because making a wireless network is going to be a bit problematic). What i DON'T WANT to have, is some external receivers which are highly suggested on first 2-3 pages of google search.
Money is not a big problem, however, would be nice to have it under 100 EUR.

You should probably buy a dual-shock 3 controller and pair it over bluetooth.

Assuming your computer has bluetooth built in. Otherwise all the other options involve dongles or cables.

I still think the wired xbox 360 controller is the best game pad on PC

It is going to work? And why can't i do the same with dual-shock 4?
