Harddrive change. the red you had selected is way slower, it's meant for 24/7 operation in a NAS server, you don't really need the NAS rated drive unless you're going to be putting it through literal hell. It's a WD so it'll stand up to pretty anything you throw at it.
Ram swap too.

yea, other than really making some serious changes, you won't get really any sort of real drop in price.
