Mechanical Keyboard key problem

Go to solution Solved by MechEdge,

Thanks for the quick replies guys! I will try to get a replacement, I already sent an email to the store.

I just bought a new Corsair K70 (brown) and it's awesome, the only problem I have is the "+" key on the numpad. The key works, but its not working like a normal brown switch would, it doesn't register at the normal actuation point, I have to bottom pretty hard for it out for it to work. Is there any solution other than an RMA?

As far as I know would be to either live with it, or RMA. Don't mean to be rude but ya. :(

that might void his warranty

The keyboard? Oh I meant take the keycaps off

I did took the keycap off, It doesn't seem to be any problem, the switch is probably malfunctioning

Why don't you send it in for RMA?
