Not pulling hard enough probably and not pulling on the bottom of the front, the top uses the same way. if you are scared to do it then ask somebody else and if they break it, blame it on them.

 

HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU GET THE TOP AND FRONT OFF TO GET AT THE FANS! there was a video and he just pulled it off... I tried and mine does not want to move at all
