Just a suggestion, but it looks like you're using manual configuration for your Ethernet connection, and you have your subnet mask as "255.255.0.0" could you try making sure it is set as "255.255.255.0" and test to see if this fixes your issue? It might be a really long shot but it's worth having a go to see if it changes anything.

Lol 255.255.0.0 is a class B, OP needs class C

I just learned something new, I actually didn't know that the subnet mask had different classifications, I don't ever remember reading about that, so thanks for teaching me that :D

Then again I don't pretend to be a networking wizard, so there's tons of stuff that I don't know yet ^__^

Look up subnetting xD Theres so much to learn!

Like how you use binary to find out IP v4 addresses, and how you wound up with the IP address your ISP gave you.
