Is this Mobo Good?

I'm looking about puchasing the Msi z97s sli krait edition is that a good motherboard if not could i have recommendations for a black and white mobo

 

under 200 dollars  just stay in the z97 platform  

 

or i could custom paint it but hopefully not :)

Thats exactly what i asked ??? but if you thinks it good then i will buy it its like the only w&b mobo out there
