x61 cooler?

So I recently upgraded to an i5 4690k. And my temps are higher than my old cpu and I havn't even overclocking it yet... 

 

So being that the x61 is a 280mm rad it should keep it cooler than my hyper 212 evo... But how much is the question.

 

Does anyone use this cooler on an i5 4690k and what overclocks have you gotten with what temos?

My idle is in the mid 30 C.... Load in high 60 C

That's perfectly fine, I see no problem in that..

But I want to overclock.. and that seems high... My old fx-4130 idled at 8 C... And load was 32C

That is a completely different CPU.

 

Overclock and it probably won't increase at all if not then not a lot.

Oh okay... Well then I need to start overclocking.. I was thinking that it would increase alot
