So I'm set between two.

Basically it's gonna be used to get air flow to my stepdads Ps4 to hopefully keep it a little cooler in the TV stand. Which would be better? I'd prefer the corsair for the cheaper cost. Also how would,I go about powering these? They'll be in the TV stand. Anyway I could hook the fans up then have it covert to a USB To then power the fans on and off when the ps4 turns off and on?

The Noctuas will be quieter/ better, than the Corsair AF's.

Where in the TV stand will they be? You might want a static pressure optiized fan, or one of those silverstone fans that creates directed airflow

Figured but we are about Id say 8-9 feet away from the TV Stand. Also hoping to be able to close the door.

in the back. There's about a 2-3 inch gap. I'll have 2 fans one going in and one going out.

In that case, the difference would be negligible. I have my 2 SP 120's running at ~80% Speed, and they're tolerable (2-3 Feet away through case).
