Help with Android Studio and Unity hardware

Hi! I need help to know what does my build need for developing applications like 2D games and utility apps. My main questions are:

Will Android Studio/Unity benefit from more cores? Like a AMD FM 8350 or just go with a intel core i5-4460.

Will I need a lot of RAM for Android Studio/Unity? Is 8 GB enough RAM?

Any help with knowing which hardware I need for what. I would like to do with help. Thank you! :) also any recommended build or components will help. Have a great day!

I'd go with the 4460 and 8 GB of ram.

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

After a couple weeks of behavioral sciences at my school I can easily conclude my parents need to grow up.

It was a sunny day in 1999 when I decided to copy some 100KB images from my friends PC to my PC. Should I buy it? :P

$14 can't hurt but that's for you to decide

I'm trying to get to the lowest price possible, so I will probably not buy it.
