Counter Strike Help

Ok so me and my friend have been playing ALOT of cs go for the past few months and we could really use some help. My question is why are there so many south americans on the U.S. servers and how do we stop playing with them? We have been getting in countless matches with south americans and their ping is sooooo bad. Its to the point where we cant even hit people some times. Any help would be awesome.

I have the same problem with russians they have really bad ping sometimes

Do not complain about the photo took it with my phone instead of taking a screen cap (did not remember how to do that)

Ummm find new servers and change the time of day that you play is really the only things you can do. Some servers will have high ping kick running and that is something to look for but i don't know of a way to search for that. I find that sometimes i will go in to servers and I'm the only one that speaks English a few hours later it will turn into all us

I'm talking about using the competitive matchmaking not just looking for servers.

o I have no idea about that i have never tried to use that in cs go i just mess around in pubs if i play cs or surf
