Project is named Patience because it took me a looong time to final pull the trigger on building another computer.  I got the itch about this time last year.  The last build I did was around 2008, which I sold in 2010 and have been using multiple laptops since.  I was also pulled over to the dark side and played on my 360 for about 3 years...Patience has also come into play with the GPU, which I STILL do not have and will probably not have for a while (my order still shows it's sitting in a warehouse in CO).  I took forever deciding what to get and ended up buying the day before the Splinter Cell game bundle came out, so I'm probably going to RMA this one since NCIX isn't going to help me with a code.  I'm debating going with the Asus DCUII 780, but their customer support if awful, or MSI 780 Gaming...We'll see.  I will be resleeving this at some point and adding another 780 and 2 more VG248QEs in August.

Some painting and sticker removal (still need to remove some more stickers and may repaint the red since it's a little off):

As it sits...waiting for a GPU (going to try to re-route the 24pin to the top grommet when I install the GPU, first round I couldn't get it to bend comfortably)

That is a really nice looking build, super clean. But my OCD/picky-ness is looking at the brown PCB of the motherboard and can't look away  .

Very nice. I'd go with the MSI Gaming 780 just to match colors. Not to mention the MSI coolers perform very well. I've also had good luck with MSI's customer service in the past (I had to RMA a mobo).

Looks really good.. Did you paint parts of the case ?

Looks pretty cool, I like the colours of the red. Is the PCB of the motherboard brown or is it just the camera?

I think that it is just the traces, the motherboard itself is black..

(Comming soon)
