Mechanical Keyboard for work

Go to solution Solved by Flurr,

If I were you, I would either get another K70, just with Cherry MX Blue Switches this time, or a Ducky Shine 3 (or 4).

So I am looking to get a decent mechanical keyboard for office use. I recently got a Corsair K70 non RGB Cherry MX Red for home use and I do like it (but I still kinda wish for some tactile feedback like in browns or blues).

Since I am craving for some tactile feedback; I was thinking to get a Cherry MX Blue keyboard for office use where there are more opportunities to enjoy it.

The criteria needs to be met :

Switch type: Cherry MX blue (I have my own office so click clacking is not an issue)

Lay out: Full keyboard with numpad

Look: Professional

LED Back-lit: Must

Price: Any

I really wish that Das 4 Professional keyboards came with back-lit LED. I like to work in a dark room with my monitor brightness turn down pretty low. Also most of the time I have putty or some kind of terminal window open so not much lights are coming out from the monitors to see the key caps.

So which keyboard would you guys recommend?

The 710 only comes in brown as far as I know and it has thin keycaps.

If noise isn't an issue then K70 blue sounds like the best bang.

If you are looking for the best quality or a wider variety of options, the next up is Filco and Ducky.
