My power supply just starting ticking today when I booted it up and from what I can tell its coming from the fan. I did install a new case fan yesterday but the noise is not coming from that. Also here's a video of the noise ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxoqPI2lfnzDOGtlNWVRaGpjZG8/view?usp=sharing) Thanks.

Seems like a faulty fan I would return it if possible.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I heard not a single sound in that video at reasonable audio levels and had to turn up my tv to ridiculous volume levels.   Are you sure you are not making something out of nothing?  Also for the record I heard a strange ticking in my son's pc the other day from the psu and it was much more audible than that and I am not going to worry.  I guess if you want to RMA you can but I won't pay to ship off the psu I have for him when it will be cheaper one day to replace it with another one.  Shipping costs for RMAs often keep people from RMAing.  Heck ask Linus about it as he was not too please with to be sending something back broken and it was going to cost $20.  Sometimes it just isn't worth RMAing because of shipping costs.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

The power supply in my server does the same thing every now and again - it's the fan.
