I dont know about the other mices but the sensei raw is a great mouse. I have it myself and it works great, good tracking and good feel. The buttons on the side is really good too. And it don't have any mouse acceleration as i have noticed so its perfect for gaming. But ive heard alot of good about the razer Deathadder too.

This is the mouse pad that I use: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004JMZXMK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I like it a lot, I enjoy being able to also have my keyboard on it and it gives me plenty of mousing space.

The Deathadder and Gloithus work well together, the mouse calibrates to the surface using the Razer software. The Deathadder is a little bit small for me (but I do have large hands) however I have been using both for well over a year now and have had no issues
