I managed to put a 4790K in my build without compromising any budget. The only downside is that I don't have an SSD in there anymore. I much prefer the 4790K, I will more than likely utilize all it's abilities, if I don't at least my parents will be satisfied that my computer is fast as f*ck.

Anyway, is there a problem with getting an SSD later and just putting OS on there? I've heard it can rewrite some paths and lose all your data.

Well you wouldn't want to copy paste the data to the SSD, you would reinstall the OS, and it would be fine.

If I reinstall it on the dofferent drive does that delete the original copy of the OS on the HDD?

There is no problem.

I also have experience while I did my OC with many BSODs untill I found a stable one and all these crashes did nothing to my SSD nor the OS, or on the info on all my HDDs.

Btw I have doubts that small CM 212 would be able to handle the heat form the overclock as I see my Noctua NH-D14 struggle with keeping the heat under 85*C.
