What Difference Will MX4 Make?

I am going to be running a 612 PWM or a 212X in my build and was wondering what temp difference adding MX4 will make?

 

I also have some Deep Cool Z5 lying around, not too sure about how good it is. Hasn't been opened yet...

Pretty sure the included one is good enough, but hey, might take off a degree.

a few degrees maybe. I use MX-4 because it's consistency is nice to work with, but the temperatures of most good thermal compounds are very similar.

if it's been a few years, then refreshing the thermal paste might help a bit.
