BootUp Problem

I am getting a problem when turning my computer on. When i turn it on it freezes at the first splash screen on bootup. When i turn it off by pressing the button and turn it back on it then for some reason works no problem and boots up fine. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Can U post some spec?

 

try unplugging some staff try to find what is responsible for freezes

CPU - i5 3470 @ 4.2GHz GPU - Club3D 7870XT Motherboard - Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe RAM - 8GB Kingston HyperX Blue @ 1600MHz
