Any difference in this two laptops?

i'm about to buy a new MSI gaming laptop and i found these this one that i want:

 

GS70 Stealth

but then i found this one just a little bit cheaper,

i wanted to know if there is any important difference between these two, and which one is more suitable for not that heavy gaming and work for school.

Considering things like: how much time can i use it in a single session, heat, portability, etc...

i would get a gs60 ghost than if you are going to be carying it around it has a 15.6 inch screen
