I recently upgraded my CPU in Dell Inspiron 530s to a Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 Processor. Is there somewhere Intel released Windows 7 Professional x64 drivers? I know Windows has the ones from Microsoft but I feel better using the manufactures drivers knowing that they might be newer. I've searched the Intel site but I can't seem to find one.

They do though. Well they do if you want to have RAID, or a semi-decent iGPU

They're not CPU drivers. They're RAID and GPU drivers. In addition, RAID is completely separate from the CPU - no hardware is integrated onto the CPU that handles RAID.

EDIT : Guy was salt and against CoC, so here's my answer : CPUs don't have drivers. If you are wanting drivers for integrated graphics they can be found on the website of your motherboard manufacturer.

Telling someone to Google something is against the CoC.

They're not CPU drivers. They're RAID and GPU drivers. In addition, RAID is completely separate from the CPU - no hardware is integrated onto the CPU that handles RAID.

Also, if the Graphics are being processed by the CPU itself, not the iGPU, than it would be a CPU driver.

Still no. iGPU is just graphic chip integrated inside CPU chip. It needs drivers, CPU doesn't. And I think with RAID its chipset that handles those.

CPUs don't need drivers. Motherboards do. Look for the right driver for your motherboard

No CPU processes graphics like that.

But it is controlled by the CPU.

It's not a CPU driver.
