keyboard Backlight problem!

i have a msi gs70 2pe stealth pro and when i press increase or decrease brightness button of the keyboard back light it just switches off and on, it doesnt have volumes like other laptops.So please help me in how to fix this problem. + i contacted to the msi but i did not recieve any answer!!!

are you sure that the gs70's keyboard supports multiple intensities?

 

plus the Buttons you're pressing might just be an on and off toggle

Not many laptops have backlights with multiple intensities. Unless you have proof that yours has it at all, this is not an issue.
