the exception unknown software exception (0x400000015)

My pc has been very flakey the past few days, it has been getting the BSOD randomly and recently when I leave my PC on over night and wake up I turn on my monitor to a totally frozen windows with "the exception unknown software exception (0x400000015)" error message and wont unlock without a reboot. Is there any known solution to these problems or is there a certain hardware issues I need to focus on? Any advice would help im at a loss
