Hi, I need a starter graphics card for my first build, I'll save up for a titan x but I need something in the mean time for now that can atleast run some intense PS2 emulation/emulators, what should I get

750ti is perfect for emulation, especially gamecube emulation (although you listed ps2)

You mainly need a fast CPU for emulation. GTX960 would remain dead-silent during your gameplay, fans never spin when i'm playing NGC emulator games at 3x Native. Don't really see any reason to go with a 280 for this scenario.
