Fan Controlling

Having rebuilt my computer with a new, air flow friendly case and beefy fans, I was kind of annoyed that my 1 exhaust fan was running faster than my 1 intake fun. I'd like to reverse this as my intake is filtered and is impeding on the flow of the intake (hence the need for an increase).

I've tried the EasyTune6 software that came with my Gigabyte motherboard as well as the SpeedFan software, but I hate both of them.

Anybody have any alternative software solutions? Or do I just need to bite the bullet and buy a fan splitter/controller?

Can't you just physically switch the fans around on your motherboard?

I could try, buy I've got all of my cables very carefully managed.

I'd rather be able to just control them rather than having to resort to swapping connectors.
