Unknown USB Device

HI there I just installed my new Z97S Krait edition motherboard by MSI with a 4790k and everything went perfect and was running great until my mouse kept freezing. Now my Raptor M4 won't work as all I get is Unknown USB Device. I have downloaded all the drivers from MSI's website and it does still does not work in a USB 3.0 port or 2.0 port. I also tried Uninstalling the drivers and let windows try to find it it but still no luck. I checked my bios and everything related to USB is enabled. The funny thing is that I plugged in another mouse I had laying around and it works. So I am completely confused on what could be causing this. Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks

plug the mouse in a different pc, i have the feeling this is actually your mouse breaking.

restart your pc and  try formatting the usb's in another pc this works for me

I have plugged the mouse into a different PC and it worked for some reason and what do you mean scobie56 by formatting the USB's in another PC? and how would I do that?

Ok I have an update apparently the device is not appearing in the device manager
