I have a 2600k@4.0Ghz and it never exceeds 63C. I want to clock it a bit higher to squeeze as much juice out of it as I can. Maybe to 4.7Ghz or that range. What air cooler would you guys recommend for something like this? I was taking a look at the Dark Rock 3... I have a Hyper 212 EVO as of now w/ 2 fans on it. But more importantly: Is it even worth it to overclock at this point? Should I just keep the EVO? I render things in Blender and work with After Effects and Photoshop a lot and I think OC might help my Blender times... My case is a Sentey Abaddom Extreme Division 1 Mid-ATX... it should fit in that if you think that overclocking is a viable solution.

For air cooler i say get the noctua nh-d15 if it fit in your case. I don't know how much 0.7 ghz will make though.

Why don't you try overclocking the 2600k to around 4.4Ghz or 4.5Ghz to see what are temps like for your CPU. If the temps exceed 85c, then you should consider getting a new cooler.
