Give us how much you want to spend.

Around 350 Euro

Asus STRIX GTX960 4GB OC = 320 Euro

Asus Z97-K = 123 Euro

Intel Core i5-4690K = 271 Euro

So the motherboard + processor is a bit over price.

My Evening Prayer:

May your temperatures be low and your framerates be high.

I don't need the i3 because my CPU is already better, it is 3,6 GHz but I overclocked it to 4,5GHz

Ok, still I would go with the video card upgrade then. Upgradeing the cpu is like putting a nice corvette body on a civic and keeping your 4banger engine, while if you upgraded your gpu it is like putting a V8 in your civic. Your current cpu will hold back video card but not as bad as your 6670 would hold back your new I5. What I posted was just kinda a matched set (neither really holding the other back much).
