Use ClassicShell. The Metro UI is shite.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Ik but i need this fixing for now.

Metro replaces the old windows start menu. ClassicShell brings back the old start menu. You'll be able to access all your installed programs with it. Whilst it won't fix the metro interface, it'll allow you access to all your programs.
