Weird HDD Config?

i have 2 laptop hard drive avalible, a 750GB and a 500GB. i would like to use them both somehow in my new pc, which only has a 250GB SSD. i was thinking you could do RAID 1 and have the 500GB copy onto the 750GB, is this possible? also, i have a 5TB storage solution at home, the internal hard drives are for games.

Could be possible but running RAID on not identical drives is asking for trouble.

yes you can run those in RAID-1.. that is no problem AT ALL. the 750GB will just be used as a 500GB. That's all that will happen and it will work just fine.
