Monitors - Already have an Acer 23in 1080p 60Hz

Peripherals- Already have a keyboard and mouse

Reason for Upgrading- i use a laptop right now

 

i would love 60fps in GTA 5 but i think i would have to lower the settings, im sure 60FPS is perfectly fine in bioshock infinite. ALSO, i am going to limit my fps to 60FPS throughout the pc using riva tuner.

You will need another cpu to update the bios first or get another motherboard if you don't do this your i5 4590 won't work.

The rest looks fine.

Oh and the psu is a bit weak.

I would drop the CPU cooler unless you plan to spend more money for an unlocked i5. The CX series from Corsair are subpar in quality, I would invest in a higher quality 600+W PSU. That board supports Broadwell refresh CPUs out of the box.

You should get 60fps on a 1080p for GTA5. I have a 1440p monitor and I get 40-60fps with my r9 290.
