Hi what is the difference between these too drives. I am looking for a fast bluray dvd player that is also good for burning disks/downloading them. What would you guys recommend? and what about these two and if you could tell me the difference that would be great!

It literally doesn't matter what brand/model you get, as long as it's a Blu-Ray Writer drive.

Laptop: Intel Core i5-4200H, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce 840M

Desktop: Intel Core i3-6100, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Get the cheapest with writing option. Asus, Samsung and LG are all good brands.
