Ok this is the best build for a lot of streaming and gaming as it has 8 thread cpu not a 4 thread but you will have to use stock unless you can bump your budget and if you can't add $60 dump the ssd and grab it later

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mdVdYJ

If you are mostly going to just game stick with the 4 core and leave this build alone

<p>Wish I could have this already!! : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qTLRjX

^this is what I'd buy^

As for the more cpu threads, if you buy a 4790k I'd take the 212EVO, is reeeeeeeeeeally worth it, I had it with my 4770k and it's epic, for just 30 bucks...

rig: i7 4770k @4.1Ghz (delidded), Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz, ROG Maximus VI Hero, Noctua NH-D14, EVGA GTX980SC, Samsung 850 EVO 500GB, Corsair SF600, self-built wooden Case, CoolerMaster QuickFire TK, Logitech G502, Blue Yeti, BenQ GW2760HS

SNIP SNIP

You really don't need a 4790K for a gaming and recording. Your better off getting a CPU that can do the job easily (4690K) and add some really nice cooling onto it whilst maintaining the budget.

Aw, stawpit. You're making me blush

But seriously, the build I made for you is peeeeeeeeerfect for gaming and recording. And that better cooler will keep your CPU nice and frosty.

Cooling and an ssd can be added later as a cheap expense and I have no idea how much he wants to stream but games like 4 cores and streaming likes its cores that is why I would say the 4790k of he really wants to be able to stream any game

This may be stretching the budget a bit, but it'd be a great setup to stream with.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

I will only be streaming games like: Minecraft, CSGO and GTA V. I would also like it to be Future-proof

Why hasn't anyone been suggesting the Xeon 1231 V3?

Just edited @Fulgrim's list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kBVdYJ

Can't really OC that thing. Also, depends on availability in OP's country.

I made a build myself. Is this good enough for streaming? Intel titles are way more expensive in Denmark, where i live.

If you plan on upgrading cpu ever then go with the cheapest i5 you can other wise solid build also asus 970 is known to make a little more noise than some others and an evga psu would be better

The only thing i plan on "upgrading" is adding a water cooler.

In that case, an FX8350 will handle streaming quite well. On a side note however - avoid the 840 EVO like the plague. It has degrading performance over the time, it's a known issue with that model. Go for a Crucial MX100 instead. Secondly, i'd recommend getting 16GB of ram. You need that extra headroom. Also, get an R9 290x instead of the 970. You get the full 4GB vram, and it's on par, in regards to performance. And i'd go for an EVGA power supply instead, preferably the 650W gold, or 750W bronze, whatever is cheaper/available.

And on a final note, i'd say the liked of a Noctua NH-D15 would be a better option than a liquid cooler. It performs as good as the likes of the H100i, is quieter and since it's an air cooler it won't leak liquid all over your pc parts.
